The use of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) by our team of highly qualified and long-standing specialists enables us to offer these treatments at the highest level. A key part of our work is not only a personalized approach to each patient, but also an individual approach to each obtained embryo. With this concept, we not only ensure the best possible conditions for the handling of gametes and embryos in the laboratory during prolonged in vitro culture, but we are also able to perform preimplantation genetic diagnosis of PGT-A blastocyst aneuploidies and are open for scientific research and projects. Trusting our partner suppliers, the clinical laboratories and the molecular genetics experts, we are able to say with certainty that we do our best to make each procedure a success.

To create the central part of the clinic – the embryological laboratory, we used unique technological solutions to stabilize the parameters of the working environment through an independent filtration and air conditioning system, the availability of independent uninterruptible power and gas supply for incubators, the use of the latest developments in high-tech equipment with a system of continuous monitoring of all parameters affecting its performance. When opening a new IVF Centre, we were guided by international quality standards ISO 9001-2001 “Quality management systems and requirements for them”; ISO 15189-2015 “Medical laboratories. Particular Quality and Competence Requirements”; ISO 14644-1-2002 “Clean rooms and the associated controlled environments”; the European Society for Human Reproduction ESHRE “Revised guidelines for good practice in IVF laboratories” and the American Society for Reproduction ASRM “Comprehensive guidance for human embryology, andrology, and endocrinology laboratories”; recommendations of international professional associations of embryologists “Guidelines on Good Practice in Clinical Embryology Laboratories” and experience of our specialists in opening and running IVF laboratories in different countries.

To ensure stability and efficiency of our work, we use a system of internal and external quality control, plan regular visits of foreign specialists to share experience and skills development, have developed and implemented a system of risk minimization and risk control, and apply in-depth analysis of all our patients’ records using the key performance indicators – KPIs.

All this helps us to speak convincingly about the unsurpassed quality of medical care in our Centre Indigo, which meets the highest international standards, and even in cases of failure to realize that we have made the IVF programme as efficient as possible. In our work, we do not use unproven methods, but adhere to the concept of evidence-based medicine rather than the business of additional examinations and analyses. All the appointments and recommendations that patients receive are absolutely necessary in order to develop an adequate strategy to overcome infertility with the greatest efficacy. The approach to medical care described above is based on trust between doctor and patient; it is trust, honesty, awareness and openness that make our work as effective as possible. This is why we have very high entry parameters for expanding our staff and testing their conceptual position and willingness to develop in a professional environment. We are convinced that the combination of all factors in the development of our Centre will help us to look at fertility care differently and will be the hallmark of our organization throughout its existence.
