Meet Mariam Bakuradze, an accomplished professional with a diverse skill set and a wealth of managerial experience. Mariam's educational background includes a law degree, as well as completed courses in healthcare management, copywriting and social media marketing.

With over 7 years of experience as an Agency and Personal Manager, Mariam has led recruiting departments in several countries including Georgia, Ukraine, Mexico, Colombia, South Africa, India, Thailand, and the Philippines, specializing in In Vitro Fertility. As a passionate fertility expert, Mariam has worked with intended parents worldwide to help them fulfill their dreams of having children. Her exceptional knowledge of fertility issues and her exceptional management skills have resulted in many happy couples now enjoying parenthood.

Mariam has also served as the head of a frozen genetic materials bank in both Georgia and Mexico. She is well-versed in planning and managing the shipping process of frozen materials worldwide. Mariam's dedication to her clients is unparalleled, and her expertise in the field of fertility is evident in her exceptional ability to help individuals and couples fulfill their dreams of having a family.

Mariam Bakuradze is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of care and support throughout their journey towards parenthood. Dr. Maia Parkauli is an accomplished Obstetrician-Gynecologist, Reproductologist, and IVF Doctor. She graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University and the I. Zhordania Human Reproduction Institute, Faculty of Obstetric-Gynecology, in Tbilisi, Georgia.

With a deep-rooted passion for assisting couples in fulfilling their dreams of starting a family, Dr. Maia Parkauli has become a dedicated and experienced reproductologist and gynecologist. She has made remarkable contributions to the medical community in Georgia, leveraging her extensive knowledge and expertise in reproductive health.

Dr. Parkauli takes pride in delivering personalized care and comprehensive reproductive services to her patients. She understands that each individual and couple has unique needs and strives to provide the highest quality treatment options that are tailored accordingly.

Combining her academic background and practical experience, Dr. Maia Parkauli offers compassionate care and unwavering support to individuals and couples seeking fertility solutions. She stays abreast of the latest advancements in reproductive medicine to ensure her patients receive cutting-edge treatment options that align with their specific requirements.

Dr. Parkauli is fluent in English, Georgian, and Russian, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of patients. Her ability to understand and empathize with her patients, coupled with her expertise, allows her to provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout their journey to parenthood.

Sergey Sergeev is an accomplished embryologist with over a decade of experience in the field of reproductive medicine. He graduated from the Department of Embryology, Faculty of Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University and obtained his PhD in Developmental Biology, Embryology in 2011.

Since 2008, Sergey has been working at the Reproduction and Genetics Centre LLC in Moscow, where he has held various positions, including embryologist and, since 2016, head of the embryology laboratory. He is proficient in all methods of work in the IVF laboratory, including IVF, ICSI, laser-assisted hatching, vitrification of oocytes, sperm and embryos, embryo biopsy, oocyte maturation in vitro, time-lapse culturing, non-invasive genetic screening, and functional gamete selection. He also has extensive knowledge and practical skills in implementing quality control and risk systems in ART.

Sergey has international experience in IVF clinics, and he has helped to open new centers, cryobanks, and design laboratories. He is involved in organizing audits and consultancy as part of external quality assurance programs. He is a member of research teams of international projects in the field of reproduction and embryology and serves as an expert in the creation of new hardware and software systems for identification and witnessing of materials in the laboratory, automatic calculation of key performance indicators and data processing, and internal quality control systems.

Sergey has authored over 30 scientific publications and is an implementer of over 4 multicenter clinical trials. He holds international certificates in embryology, including a certificate of the European Association of ESHRE Senior Clinical Embryologist from 18/08-2018 and Certification in Clinical embryology in International Centre of reproductive medicine from 09/10/2011. He is also a co-organizer and lecturer of advanced training courses for embryologists at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Meet Elene Manjgaladze, a driven and dedicated Junior Embryologist with a passion for reproductive health and fertility. Born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia, Elene developed an interest in the medical field from a young age, and pursued her studies in medicine at Tbilisi State Medical University and Tbilisi Medical Academy.

Throughout her career, Elene has gained valuable experience in the healthcare industry, working as a Vaccine Nurse at Evex Clinics during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills. She also worked as a Quality Control Specialist at Vortex Capital, where she was responsible for ensuring the quality of work performed by real estate sales agents and managing office operations.

Outside of work, Elene is an active member of her community and has volunteered for various organizations, including the International Students Congress of (bio)Medical Sciences and the European Medical Students' Association. She is also an avid learner, fluent in English and Russian, and enjoys exploring new cultures and meeting new people.

As a Junior Embryologist, Elene Manjgaladze is an invaluable addition to our team, bringing with her a remarkable work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping individuals and couples realize their dreams of having a family. With her dedication and expertise, Elene has already made significant contributions to our lab, assisting in various procedures and treatments to ensure successful outcomes. We are thrilled to have Elene on board and look forward to her continued growth and success in the field of embryology.

Mariam Odishvili is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in communications and administration. With a bachelor's degree in journalism, Mariam has honed her expertise in effective communication and storytelling during her 15-year tenure in the television industry.

Throughout her career, Mariam showcased her exceptional ability to convey information in a clear and engaging manner. Her experience in television has equipped her with the skills to articulate complex ideas concisely, adapt her communication style to diverse audiences, and maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.

In her current role as an administration manager at Indigo Invitro, Mariam brings her extensive knowledge in communication strategies to streamline internal operations and facilitate efficient workflow. With her exceptional organizational skills, Mariam ensures that all administrative tasks are handled seamlessly, allowing the team to focus on their core responsibilities.

Maya's expertise in overseeing administrative operations within a healthcare setting has been instrumental in driving the clinic's success.
During her tenure, Maya efficiently managed a wide range of administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient care. With a deep passion for nursing, Nato has consistently exhibited exceptional clinical skills and a strong commitment to improving the well-being of her patients. Nana Gejadze is an experienced phlebotomist and laboratory assistant with expertise in clinical-laboratory diagnostics. She completed her education at the Tbilisi Department of Biological Medicine and Ecology Institute and holds a certificate in clinical-laboratory diagnostics.

With over a decade of experience, Nana has worked at prestigious medical centers such as m. Sharashidze Medical Center and "MediClubGeorgia" LLC, where she performed phlebotomy and laboratory duties. Currently, she serves as a laboratory assistant at the "INNOVA" clinic.

Nana is fluent in Georgian, Russian, and has a good command of English. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Nana Gejadze is dedicated to delivering accurate diagnostic services and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Natia Moniava is a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Coordinator with expertise in pharmaceutical operations and coordination. With a passion for ensuring safe and efficient medication management, Natia plays a pivotal role in optimizing pharmacy operations.

As a certified Pharmaceft, Natia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She possesses a deep understanding of pharmacy regulations, procedures, and best practices. Natia consistently demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications while adhering to strict quality standards.

Natia Moniava is an accomplished Pharmacy Coordinator with a genuine dedication to optimizing pharmacy operations, promoting patient safety, and delivering exceptional patient care. 

Miranda Bandzeladze is an accomplished dermatocosmetologist with extensive medical training and expertise. Born on May 7, 1972, in Kutaisi city, Miranda's passion for medicine led her to pursue a career in the field.

In 1997, Miranda successfully graduated from the National Medical University of Ukraine, specializing in medical case management. She furthered her education at the Kyiv Medical Academy, graduating in 1999 with a specialization in gynecology.

With a drive to expand her knowledge and skills, Miranda worked as an obstetrician from 2001 to 2004. In 2007, she graduated from the prestigious Russian Medical Academy of Physicians and Surgeons, focusing on dermatovenerology. During her time at the academy, she also completed certified courses in medical cosmetology, enhancing her expertise in the field.

Since 2008, Miranda has dedicated her career to dermatocosmetology, providing exceptional care and transformative treatments to her patients. Her profound understanding of dermatological conditions, combined with her extensive medical background, allows her to deliver personalized solutions and achieve remarkable results.
